Rabbits on Saturn developed his appetite for electronic music, rave culture, and the underground in South London, where he grew up. He cut his teeth in the scene with a two-year residency at Brixton's infamous Club 414 and featured at London events like Puzzle Project, Cohesion, Zoology, and Smash Techno. He’s also shared the stage with industry legends including Chris Liberator and D.A.V.E the Drummer. Now based in Brisbane, Rabbits on Saturn has brought his eclectic style to local events and clubs including Resonant Frequencies, Initiation, Spring Campout, Lab Leaked Beats, and Tempo Gold Coast.
And now, Rabbits on Saturn joins the illustrious alumni of Electronic Music Australia's Aussential Mix.
But seriously, there’s so much that sets Rabbits on Saturn apart. He has a unique sound — while for ease of understanding he describes himself as a techno producer, he in fact dabbles across various genres including hip hop and psychedelic genres. He often features his own vocals in his tracks and live shows. His live performances are, much like the rest of him, eclectic, enthusiastic, and undeniably original. While all of this may make it difficult to pin him down to one defined genre or sound, it’s unquestionably something we love about Rabbits on Saturn — his commitment to individuality, defining his own musical journey without bowing to the pressures of conforming to a label, a genre, or a trend.
