Going to keep things short and sweet this week as things continue to ramp up behind the scenes at Electronic Music Australia HQ. You know how it is. Big things coming etc etc.

But seriously, big things are coming.

You can't be in a bad mood listening to this week's selection of Aussie tracks! That's our guarantee!

Quick shoutout to this week’s femme contingent, especially Bel Moss with Flashback. Vocals are on point, production by Tom Budin is crisp, and its giving electronic pop with a good dose of club energy. The track is a vibe. MAD.DAY’s “I’m Calling” is either a late night international hotline for dancefloors or a travel agent's to do list. Either way we’re having fun with that one.

Track of the Week: Reverse Rituals - Compilation

Okay sorry we’ve done it again and made the track of the week a whole damned album.

But Reverse Rituals isn’t just any compilation. It’s a concept release where each track started with a title and artwork first, then two different producers were given the same brief and asked to create music inspired by it. The result? Eight tracks, four themes, and two versions of each track. No rules, no genres, just pure creative chaos curated by the synthetic shaman himself, Haptic and released under the mighty Frisson Records.
